Work With Michelle
There are a small number of ways to work together.
Each is designed to support clarity, regulation, and effective leadership – without urgency or performative pressure.
Depth-Oriented, Individual Work
This is private, 1:1 work for women who are externally capable and accomplished, yet internally navigating patterns of over-functioning, chronic stress, or persistent self-doubt.
Coaching and psychotherapy are offered as separate modalities, applied with care and professional judgement.
Coaching is appropriate when:
- You are psychologically stable
- You are not seeking treatment for mental health conditions
- Your focus is growth, leadership, direction, or identity development
- You want support that is reflective, structured, and future-oriented
- Nervous system regulation and somatic awareness
- Identity- and pattern-based exploration
- Support through transitions, leadership pressure, or burnout
- Strengthening internal authority, capacity, and self-trust
Our time together is always intentional, relational, and held with care – allowing change to be both meaningful and sustainable.
Inner Game Group Coaching Program
Inner Game is a small-group coaching experience designed to strengthen your internal foundation – so leadership, clarity, and self-trust no longer rely on pressure or over-functioning.
This work focuses on regulation, identity, and the internal patterns that shape how you lead, decide, and relate under sustained demands. Rather than adding more strategies, Inner Game supports the internal conditions required for steadiness, discernment, and calm authority.
Offered periodically (every 4–6 months), Inner Game is intentionally paced, relational, and held with care to support meaningful integration.
- Nervous system regulation and embodied steadiness
- Reduced overthinking and internal pressure
- Clearer, more grounded decision-making
- Strengthened self-trust and internal authority
- Integration of insight into daily work and life
Speaking Engagements & Keynotes
Michelle delivers paid keynote talks for organisations seeking a more intelligent, grounded conversation about leadership, mental health, and performance under pressure.
These sessions are designed to shift perspective rather than overwhelm with information – offering clarity on how nervous system dynamics, identity, and sustained stress shape leadership, decision-making, and organisational culture.
- Leadership clarity under pressure
- Sustainable approaches to performance and wellbeing
- Increased awareness of nervous system dynamics at work
- More grounded, human-centred leadership conversations
Corporate Talks & Group Workshops
These facilitated talks and workshops are designed for organisations that want more than inspiration – they want learning that can be applied beyond the room.
Sessions combine mental health literacy, nervous system awareness, and structured group work to support healthier ways of working together. Selected workshops integrate CliftonStrengths-based frameworks to strengthen self-awareness, collaboration, and leadership capacity.
This work is practical, contained, and designed to translate insight into action.
- Team awareness and communication
- Strengths-based leadership development
- Healthier responses to pressure and change
- Practical tools for sustainable performance
Choose the path that meets you where you are - and supports where you’re going.
What working with me feels like
This work is…
Grounded, relational, and depth-oriented – designed to support internal authority and regulated leadership.
This work is not…
Transactional, performative, or built around constant optimisation or self-fixing.
This work requires…
Readiness for reflection, responsibility, and sustainable change.
This work is especially supportive for…
-
High-achieving women carrying invisible stress or over-responsibility
Outwardly capable, internally exhausted, and ready for something more grounded. -
Leaders navigating complexity, pressure, or transition
Those seeking clarity, steadiness, and self-trust in how they lead and decide. -
Individuals ready for depth without overwhelm
Who want meaningful change that can be lived - not just understood. -
Organisations valuing psychologically informed leadership
Teams seeking sustainable performance, discernment, and long-term capacity.
The work meets you where you are – and supports what you’re ready to grow into.
This may not be for you if…
-
You’re looking for fast relief or surface-level solutions
This work prioritises depth, integration, and sustainability over quick fixes. -
You want external direction rather than internal authority
The focus is self-led clarity, not being told what to do. -
You’re seeking intensity or optimisation at the expense of wellbeing
Nervous system capacity and long-term health come first. -
You’re not ready to pause, reflect, or engage honestly
This work requires presence, responsibility, and openness to process.
The right work at the wrong time can still be the wrong work. Discernment does matter.
Question & Answers
I’m not sure if I need therapy or coaching. How do we decide which path is right for me?
This is the most common question I receive, and you don’t need to have the answer before we speak. Because I am trained in both, I use professional clinical judgment to guide us.
Generally, Psychotherapy is the right container if we are navigating deeper psychological patterns, emotional processing, or mental health concerns. Coaching is appropriate if you are psychologically stable and looking for a structured, future-oriented space to focus on leadership, identity, and direction.
In our consultation, we will look at where you are and what you need. My priority is ensuring you are in the “container” that is safest and most effective for your growth.
I’ve tried coaching, but the strategies didn't stick. Why?
Most coaching techniques often focuses on cognitive mindset, strategy (what to do) without addressing capacity (how to hold it). If your nervous system is in a state of threat or survival, no amount of strategy will feel sustainable. As an advanced practitioner in nervous system intelligence and clinical expertise, my work bridges that gap. We build the internal safety and regulation required so that the strategies you implement will actually feel safe, and last!
I am in a high-visibility role. How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality is the bedrock of my practice. Whether we are engaging in psychotherapy or leadership coaching, our work is held in a strictly private, container. I understand the nuances of high-profile leadership, and I ensure a space where you can speak freely without fear of reputational risk.
Do we meet in person or online?
I work both in-person and online, which allows us to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable and private. This also accommodates the busy schedules of the women I work with. However, for specific corporate workshops or keynotes, I am available for in-person or hybrid engagements.
I don’t have time for open-ended exploration. What is the typical duration of our work?
I respect your time and the fullness of your life. While this is depth-oriented work, it is not aimless.
For Coaching, we often work in defined containers (e.g., 4–6 months) to navigate a specific transition or growth possibility.
For Psychotherapy, the timeline is more open, and we regularly review our progress. We will establish clear intentions at the start so we both know what we are moving toward. You are always in control of the pace and duration.
Please note: I do not offer ad-hoc or single sessions for new clients. Building a secure internal foundation requires a consistent container to be established first. However, once we have completed a foundational period of work together, ad-hoc sessions are available to established clients who need occasional support or calibration.
I feel a resonance with this work and I’m ready to begin. What is the next step?
I am so glad to hear that! Because this work is relational and depth-oriented, we’ll begin with a conversation.
Please navigate to the [Contact] section and fill out the inquiry form. Briefly share a little about where you are and what you are looking for. I review every inquiry personally.
From there, if it feels like we might be a good match, I will schedule a brief consultation call. This allows me to ensure that the chemistry is right and that I am the best person to support your specific needs before we commit to a container of work.
